Ingredients
Tortilla - toasted - 6"-8" (whole wheat if available)Lettuce/greens - shredded (any variety) - 1/2 cupHummus - any flavor - 2 tbspOnion - chopped (any flavor/variety) - 1 tbspPeppers - chopped (any color) - 1 tbspOlives - chopped (any kind) - 1 tspMushrooms - chopped (any variety) - 1/4 cupTomato - chopped - 1/4 cupFeta cheese (or any type/flavor cheese) - 1 tbspBasil (or herb/spice of choice)Any combination of ingredients
Directions
Toast tortilla until crisp. Spread Hummus evenly and top with ingredients of your choice. Can use salsa or mixture of cream cheese and cottage cheese instead of Hummus. Change ingredients to change flavor and texture. Or prepare ingredients on uncooked tortilla and toast the whole thing. Great for any meal. Individual servings.
