I would rather have plain corn. I did not like the addition of the lime.

I added a clove of fresh, chopped garlic, 1 tsp. Cholula hot sauce, and 2 tbsp. fat free french dressing. Yum! - 8/11/10

Loved this recipe. Fast, fresh and yummy. I think next time I'm going to add cilantro to the mix and try it that way. Oh, by the way, I used frozen corn...just thaw and go! - 5/4/08

made this over the weekend using canned corn. it was a hit! Only suggestion would be adding fresh cilantro next time. I can see this being a summertime staple this year though. - 4/13/08

The corn is not cooked, use frozen. Great recipe, I added 1 cp. rinsed black beans and used it as stuffing for low-carb wraps. Add chili powder to taste. - 4/8/08

If you cooked it then it wouldn't be crunchy! It is a side dish or salad served cold. Try it! My Dad loved corn relish when he was still alive. - 4/8/08

    I don't think it's cooked - hence why it's called crunchy. - 4/8/08

I made this dish years ago when a friend gave me the recipe and I baked it, however here it doesn't say so I would ask the same question as BARBLAM1 - is the corn cooked?? - 4/8/08
