Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed *Spinach, cooked, .2 cupCheddar Cheese, 1 ozSour Cream, 1.5 tbspChicken Broth, .25 cupMushrooms, cooked, .1 cup piecesButter, salted, 1 tbsp
Directions
Pound chicken as thin as possible, season both sides with salt and pepper.

Combine all other ingredients(except chicken broth) in a bowl until smooth, place on chicken, roll chicken up, seal closed with tooth picks and then cook in a pan until %80 cooked, add chicken broth deglase pan cover with lid, cook until done.
