Gumby's Granola

Ingredients
3 cups Oats, rolled1 cup Coconut, shredded1/2 cup ground flax meal1/2 cup almonds, sliced1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/3 cup applesauce, unsweetened1/4 cup maple syrup1 Tbsp oil1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg and ginger1/2 cup craisins
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Mix applesauce, maple syrup, oil and spices together. Add to the first 5 ingredient mix. Bake at 375 F on a cookie sheet sprayed with no-stick spray for 30 minutes - stirring once at halfway. Cool completely and add craisins. Makes 18 half-cup servings.
