4 egg whites20 packets spenda1 1/2 squares of a 3.5 oz 70% Chocolate bar (not the whole bar!). chopped1/4 cup whole almonds or walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 225.
beat egg whites until frothy. Add splenda slowly and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate and nuts.
Cover baking pans with parchment paper. Drop by teaspoons onto 2 baking pans.
Bake at 225 for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 200 and bake an additional hour.
I get 33 cookies per recipe, but there are 400 calories in the whole batch.. so you can count your cookies and do the math yourself.
