Dutch Baby Pancakes-Alton Brown

Ingredients
3 TBS butter, melted & divided1/2 cup all-purpose flour3 TBS sugar combined with 1 TBS vanilla extract1/2 TSP kosher salt1/2 Cup 2% milk2 large eggs, room temperaturelemon wedges
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place 2 TBS of melted butter into a 10" cast iron siillet an place in oven. Wait 10 minutes before assembling the other ingredients.

Place flur, vanilla sugar, salt, milk, eggs and remaining TBS of butter into bowl of food processor and process for 30 seconds.

Carefully pour batter into preheated skillet.

Bake on middle rack of oven for 20 minutes or until the edges are puffed and brown. Sprinkle with additional vanilla sugar and serve with lemon wedges.
