Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beaf1/2 cup chopped onion1/3 cup grated carrots1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal1 egg beaten1/3 cup ketchup1 tsp salt
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Place all ingredients into 2 quart casserole.
Mix together with hands
Pat until even
