Healthy Veggie Meatloaf using Beef!

Ingredients
3/4 cup of quaker oats 1.25 lbs of lean 85% ground beef1 cup tomato sauce1/3 cup of ramano grated cheese2 tbsp parsley (I use fresh) finely chopped2 tbsp cilantro (I use fresh) finely chopped1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup or 1 med red bell pepper - finely chopped1 large egg1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl once all veggies are chopped up
Transfer well mixed ingredients into a 8X4 bake pan
Cook for 60 mins
Let cool for 5 mins and serve!
