Beef Shepards Pie

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef1 can Beef Broth1 pkg Brown Gravy Mix1 can Can of Mixed Vegies1 pkg of Idahoan Loaded Mashed Potatoes1 cup of Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Directions
Brown ground beef, add 1 can of beef broth and package of brown gravy mix. (you can add more mix depending on how thick you want the meat mixture)
Simmer a few minutes
Add mixed veggies
Top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 then add cheese if you wish to and bake some more. The nutrional value is without the cheese

    I used a can of peas, a can of corn & green beans and fresh mashed potatoes but this was super easy and good - I was not sure how long to let it cook. Thank you for the recipe!!!! - 2/16/10
