1 Large chicken brest no skin1 Large red bell pepper1 Large yellow bell pepper2 Large polano peppers or green 1 bell peppers4 Serron peppers - may be hot!2 cups Zuchinni sliced1 Large onion sclices in thin strips5 Tomaillos sliced2 Large ripe tomayoes4 cups cooked long grain rice1/8 cup olive oil1 Tbs minced Garlic
Boile chicken breast untill cooked. cut into thin strips.
Cut up all your veggies into thin strip and add oilive oil to frying pan or wok bring high heat. Add all ingreadants and cook untill veggies are half firm. Cook your rice and add the hot stir fry over rice. We used fajita seasoning with no MSG for flaver and maybe a little cumin.
