Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cake (Healthy Substitutions)

Ingredients
1 c Splenda1/4 c Sugar1 c All-Purpose Flour2 c Whole Wheat Flour2 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp Baking Powder1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon2 c Pumpkin (puree, canned is good)1/2 c Unsweetened Applesauce1/4 c Oil3/4 c Egg Substitute1 c Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix together all ingredients in bowl.

Pour into bundt cake pan and bake for 1 hour.

Makes 16 servings.
