3 oz chicken breast, pounded thin1 slice provolone cheese1 tbl. canned spinach.5 c spaghetti sauce1 tbl. feta cheese crumblessalt, pepper, and herbs to taste
Pound chicken breast flat and season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Place the cheese on the chicken, then spread the spinach on the cheese. Carefully, roll up the chicken breast over the cheese/spinach and pin closed with a toothpick. Coat with spaghetti sauce, sprinkle with feta cheese, and bake at 425 for 35 minutes.
