Beef Gravy for Biscuits

Ingredients
Use 1 cup of leftover beef bits - Shredded or minced - roast is greatUse 3 cups beef broth - I usually use the extra roast broth, defatted1 cup regular evaporated milk3 tablespoons starch
Directions
Bring the meat and broth to a boil. When it is boiling, whisk the starch into the milk. SLOWLY Add it to the boiling meat and broth. Stir the entire time. Bring back to boil. When it thickens, it is done.

Makes 16 servings of about 1/3 cup each
