Thai green chicken curry

Ingredients
Green curry paste, 2 tsp Red pepper 1 medium Yellow Pepper 1 mediumOnions, raw, 1 medium Nestle Ideal milk - low fat, 200 gramsChicken Breast, no skin, 400 grams1/2 tsp. Almond extract
Directions
Dice chicken breasts, onions and peppers. Stir-fry in a non-stick pan untill chicken is done. Add curry paste and fry a few more minutes. Add Ideal milk, almond extract, salk and pepper to taste, and simmer on a low heat until milk has reduced to half, stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Makes six servings.(Serve on Basmati rice or rice noodles)
