Extra Healthy Pumpkin Banana Bread

Ingredients
*Pumpkin, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 1.75 cup, mashedBanana, fresh, 2 medium mashed*Flour, white, 2 cupFlour, whole grain, 2 cupBaking Soda, 1 tspBaking Powder, 4 tsp Salt, 1 tsp*Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tbspGranulated Sugar, .5 cup*Splenda, .5 cup*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, .25 cupApplesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large*Egg white, 2 servingMilk, nonfat, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, soda, powder, salt and spice in large bowl. Combine sugars and wet ingredients in medium book and mix with whisk until smooth. Add to flour mixture until just moist.

Spoon batter into either 2 9x5 loaf pans, or into muffin cups that have been sprayed with no-stick spray. Cook loaves for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Bake muffins for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 24 muffins or 2 loaves at 12 slices per loaf.
