Winter Salad

Ingredients
Zucchini, tomato, avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, black beans , salmon, red potato, butter, olive oil
Directions
Chop all veggies, place in large bowl except avocado. Cut salmon into 3 or 4 servings. Pan grill salmon with olive oil and ms. dash. Bake potato in microwave or oven if you have the time. place 1/4 of veggies on plate add avocado, place salmon in the middle of the veggies and add the red potato. Use 1/4 of the butter however you like on the potato or the salmon or both. Use whatever dressing you like. I used 1000 island. Makes 4 servings.
