2 La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb TortillasRicotta cheese, fat-free,1/2 cupKroger Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese, 0.5 cup Spinach and Pine Nut Pesto, 2 tablespoons
Directions
heat oven to 425

spray baking sheet with nonstick spray

spread 1/4 cup Ricotta on each tortilla

top each tortilla with 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Top each tortilla with 1 tablespoon pesto

bake for 5-6 minutes or until warm.
