Stuffed Green Bell Peppers

Ingredients
4 green bell peppers, cut in halves lenghtwise, remove stem and seeds1 pound uncooked 93%2 cups cooked rice1/4 cup chopped raw onions1 1/2 tsp table salt1/8 tsp ground black pepper2 cups tomatoe sauce
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degree, makes 8 servings.

In a large bowl mix ground beef, cooked rice, onions, salt, black pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce together. Fill green pepper halves evenly with the above mixture. Place in a roaster pan and pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers. Cover and cooked in oven for 90 minutes.
