Ingredients
Sugar 1 cupBaking Soda ½ tspMaida 2 cupCurd 1tbspBaking pd 2 tspLemon Juice Few dropsFresh cream 1 cupFresh chopped dates ½ cup
Directions
Beat cream &curd together till light &fluffy
Add sugar &beat well
Sieve Maida &baking powder &baking soda
Add all dry ingredients, along with chopped dates and mix well
Add lemon juice pour into greased tin
Bake at 180*C till golden brown color
