Whole wheat tortilla pizzas

Ingredients
1 Whole wheat tortilla1/4 cup marinara sauce1/2 oz. part skim mozzarella3 slices pepperoni, chopped1/4 cup chopped green peppers5 mushrooms chopped, from can1 TBSP fresh grated parmesan
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Lay whole wheat tortilla on cookie sheet. Spread marinara sauce over tortilla. Sprinkle mozzarella over sauce. Lay chopped pepperoni over cheese, then add chopped peppers and mushrooms. Finish with freshly grated parmesan. Bake until edges of tortilla brown and cheeses bubble and brown. Serve with a nice green salad and/or fresh fruit salad for a complete meal. Serves one, but is a snap to scale.
