Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour3/4 cup corn meal1/4 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup skim milk1/4 cup applesauce2 egg whites
Directions
Combine dry ingredient. Combine wet ingredients. Combine wet with dry. Portion into 12 muffin cups. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden grown.
