jamaican bobsled beans and rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion1 medium red bell pepper1 tsp minced garlic1 dried habernero pepper1 1/4 tsps dried thyme1/4 tsp ground allspice1 tsp canola oil14 1/2 oz can fat free chicken broth2 - 15oz cans red or black beans drained3 cups cubed and peeled sweet potatoes3 tbsp lime juice
Directions
Saute onion, pepper, garlic, habernero, thyme and allspice with 1 tsp canola oil 4-5 minutes. Add broth, and sweet potatoes; bring to boil. Reduce heat, add beans and simmer uncovered until sweet potatoes are tender 15-25 minutes. Stir in lime juice. Serve over rice.
