Katz Brown Rice Sushi Salad

Ingredients
3/4 cup cooked brown rice1/2 cup diced roasted red bell pepper1/4 cup diced red or green cabbage1 stalk celery, diced1 tablespoon pickled ginger1 sheet nori, cut or torn into small pieces1/2 teaspoon prepared wasabi (optional)
Directions
Toss everything together in a bowl and eat!

If you are preparing the dish in advance, do not add the nori until you are ready to eat.
