Carmel Apple Pork

1 lb Pork Chop (trimmed)2 granny smith apples (peeled and sliced)1 medium onion (sliced)3 tbsp Smart Balance (divided)1 tbsp Light Olive Oil2 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg2 tbsp Heavy Cream
Marinate pork chops, if you choose. Then season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in skillet, and cook chops about 3 minutes per side. Put in oven on low to keep warm.
Add 2 tbsp of Smart balance to pan drippings. Add onion and cook until carmelized. Add sliced apples, brown sugar blend, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir and cook until apples are tender.
Add remaining tbsp of Smart Balance and heavy cream to the pan. Stir and heat until warm.
Serve over pork chops.
