Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup Baking Soda, 1 tspSalt, .5 tspVanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cupSilk, Plain Soymilk, 1 cup, .25 servingSmart Balance Buttery Spread, 6 tbspStevia, 3 tspEgg, fresh, 1 largeSemisweet chocolate, 4 ozOatmeal, 4 oz
Directions
Step 1 mix wheat flour, salt, and baking soda

Step 2 mix smart balance, stevia, applesauce, soymilk, and vanilla extract

Step 3 Mix dry ingredients in with wet ingredients

Step 4 add oatmeal and chocolate chips

Use level 1 tbsp measuring spoon to ration out each portion

Makes 32 medium sized cookies.
