Healthier Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup pumpkin puree1/2 cup applesauce1/2 cup oil3 eggs1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup honey1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup white whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp ground cloves
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix pumpkin, applesauce, oil, eggs, sugar and honey until well blended.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.

3. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and stir until blended.

4. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan and bake in a 350F oven for 25-30 minutes. When cool, frost with Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting.
