Ingredients
16 oz enriched egg noodles1-1/2 cups liquid egg substitute1 cup extra lean ham, dicedDash of salt and pepper2 cups applesauce, unsweetened
Directions
Cook noodles per instructions, omitting oil and salt. Drain well.
Return noodles into a large pot and add egg substitute, ham, salt and pepper. Stir well.
Cook about 5 minutes, or until egg is cooked.
Serve hot.
Dip in applesauce to eat.
