Mexican mince

Ingredients
680 extra lean mince (family pack)2 med onions chopped2 med peppers chopped1 tabs olive oil2 tins (4 cups) tomatoes, choppedhalf tin (2 tabs) tomato puree1 tsp cumin1 tsp coriander1/2 tsp chili or to taste
Directions
saute the onion and pepper until softening, add the mince and brown, add the spices and then the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree, allow to cook down and thicken for about half an hour]
serve with spelt tortillas

    everyone loved it. I had green beans and mushrooms instead of the onion and capsicum. We ate with pita bread, because that's all I had. Kids loved eating with their hands, really nice. thanks - 5/22/08
