Ingredients
1 bag Dole Classic Romaine Salad1 6oz package Oscar Mayer Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips1 can Ranch Style Black Beans, rinsed and drained1/2 c Oikos's Greek Yogurt, plain, fat free6 Tbsp salsa (low cal low sodium)
Directions
Makes 2 large servings

Pour salad in bowl, top with chicken strips and black beans. Mix salsa and yogurt together, toss with other ingredients.

I listed the brands I used for the nutritional info only. Use what you have on hand. Add fat free cheese avocado etc.
Mix it up and enjoy.
