Coq au Vin Stew

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bit sized pieces2 cups button mushrooms, quartered1 1/2 cups frozen pearl onions1/2 cup red wine1 envelope onion soup mixfresh parsley
Directions
Place all ingredients except parsley in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours. Before serving, sprinkle parsley over mixture. Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Serves 6.
