Ingredients:*Tilapia filet, 4 oz (remove)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 2 tbsp (remove)*Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g, 60 gram(s) (remove)*Albertsons Toasted Plain Bread Crumbs, .5 cup (remove)*1/8th tsp Paprika, 8 serving (remove)*1 tsp Parsley Flakes, 4 serving (remove)*onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp (remove)Honey, .5 tbsp (remove)
Heat oven to 400. Lightly grease a large shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Combine mayo and mustard and honey rub over fillets. Mix breadcrumbs, panko, paprika, parsley, pepper, Onion powder and salt. Pour into a wide shallow bowl. Bake for 15-18 minutes
