1.75 cups Heinz Tomato Sauce - no salt added4 cups Chicken Broth - Walmart Great Value Brand1/2 large Onions, chopped1/2 tsp cayenne Pepper1 cup Coconut Millk - Tosca Brand5 tbsp Peanut Butter - creamy low fat Walmart Great Value brand1/2 tbsp psyllium husks
Directions
Sweat onions down in pot with a spray of PAM
Add other ingredients, heat through.

To make a heartier soup, add 1/2 cooked cup brown rice and or chickpeas.
