Mexican Zucchini

Ingredients
1 Large Zucchini, medium dice1/2 Cup Salsa1 Tbs Taco sauce1 tsp salt1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp olive oil + cooking spray
Directions
heat olive oil in medium skillet. add zucchini. Spray with cooking spray. Toss with salt and garlic powder. when starting to soften (about 5 mins) add taco sauce and salsa. Cook another 2 minutes. Store in Tupperware, reheat and serve the next day.
