4 chicken breasts halves aprox 1.5 lbs1 can low fat cream of chicken soup1 can of water1 box dry stove top stuffing2/3 cup Kraft Tex-Mex light cheese
spray casserole dish with PAM. Lay chicken in the bottom. Top with DRY stuffing mix. Mix water and soup together and pour over stuffing. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours until centre reaches 170F
