German Pancake

Ingredients
3 eggs1/2 cup flour1/2 cup milk1 tblsp butterconfectioners sugarlemon wedges
Directions
Heat oven to 425.
Put butter in glass pie dish and melt butter in oven--DO NOT BURN!
In mixing bowl, beat eggs until very light. Add flour and milk. Beat well. Pour in pie dish and bake for 20 min. Serve immediately.
