Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 center cut bone-in pork chops1/2 whole wheat flour2 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt2 tsp Mrs. Dash1 tsp black pepper1/4 c canola cooking oil
Directions
1. Pour canola oil in large skillet on medium heat
2. Rinse off pork chops
3. Season wet pork chops
4. Pour flour in small bag and add seasoning
5. Place about 3 pork chops at a time in bag, shake until
flour is covering entire chop
6. Make sure grease is hot, place as many chops in the
pan without overlapping
7. Cook until golden brown on both sides
8. When done, place on paper towel to strain away excess
grease
