1/2c milk (I used 2%)1/2-3/4c strong coffee (pre-brewed)1 1/2 TBS sugar3/4-1 TBS unsweetened dry cocoadash salt1-2 drops vanilla
Pour milk & coffee into a mug (leave about 1/2 inch room). Microwave for 2 min or until very warm. Dissolve sugar and cocoa into the hot liquids (adjust to taste--I like my cocoa dark). Add salt & vanilla and stir. [NOTE: salt is important to bring out the sweetness in the sugar] Makes 1 serving.
