Yellow pepper creamy soup

Ingredients
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 2 pepper, large Onions, raw, 1 large Potato (raw) 4 medium, Celery, raw, 5 stalk, large Carrots, raw, 2 large Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
Directions
Mince Onion, carrot and celery and fry in olive oil 2 mn or until golden.

Add chopped up peppers and potatoes and fry a further 2 mn.

Add water to vegetable level.

Cook for 20 mn (10 in pressure cooker)

Blend until smooth and creamy

Add sour cream and spices (oregano, basil, salt, pepper)

Serve
