Ingredients:Red Potato, 550 grams *Corned Beef Deli Sliced, 9 oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, choppedOlive Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
roast potatos in oven, saute onions and peppers till softened had chopped up corned beef and cubed potatos and heat through. serve with poached egg if desired.
