Microwave Apple Crisp

Ingredients
* 5 cups Apples, peeled and sliced * .75 Cup Quick Cooking Plain Oatmeal * 1 Cup Flour * 1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed * .5 tsp Salt * .75 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice * .5 Cup Butter, unsalted(Note - you can substitute butter for margarine or smart balance, etc - and I am sure it would improve the numbers I just didn't have any on hand!)
Directions
Peel and Slice Apples & place in microwave safe dish (apx 8x8)

Mix Oatmeal, Flour, Brown Sugar, salt, and Pumpkin Pie Spice. Cut in Butter (or margarine or Smart Balance)

Pat Crisp batter on top of Apples

Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes at a time, 3 times.
Let cool and slice and serve!
So yummy!
