Crusted Cajun Style Tilapia

Ingredients
*Tilapia filet, 24 oz *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 cupGarlic powder, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1.5 1tsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 TbspCajun Seasoning 1 tsp.
Directions
-Thaw and rinse your tilapia fillets.
- Melt 1 tbls of I can't believe its not butter light and 1 1/2 tsp olive oil in pan med/high heat.
- Mix your bread crumbs and all seasonings together.
- Spread bread crumb mixture on a plate.
- Lay your tilapia fillet in the bread crumb mixture be sure to coat both sides well.
- Put the coated fillet into the pan fry each side 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes.
