Winter Squash Pudding - Ventura's

Ingredients
3 Cups of Winter Squash blended in food processor. Add to food processor the 2 eggs, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, 30 grams or 2 tablespoons of sorghum, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Blend well and divide into 8 serving cups. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of each cup. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Directions
Makes 8 one cup servings. Cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
