Low-Fat Country Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 cups splenda sugar blend 1/2 cup oil3 eggs1 1/2 cups canned or fresh pumpkin1/2 cup water1 1/2 cups flour1 1/2 cups wheat flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp ground cloves1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1 tsp salt1 cups raisins1/2 cup chopped walnutsFrosting:2 cups powered sugar3 Tbs 1% milk1 Tbs light margarine melted1 tsp vanilla
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin and water. Combine flours, baking power, soda, spices and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture: blend well. Fold in raisins and walnuts. spoon into muffins tins lined with cupcake paper. Filling 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
