Ingredients
* 2 slices of Ezekial sprouted sesame seed bread. (or bread of your choice. i use Ezekial because it's higher protein)* 1/2 of an avocado, sliced* 1 tomato, sliced* 1 handful of spinach* 1 tablespoon of Vegenaise (grapeseed oil kind)* 1 teaspoon of Sriracha (if you like a little spice!)
Directions
Lightly toast the bread.
Spread the Vegenaise and Sriracha on one slice.
Add sliced avocado, sliced tomato, and spinach.

Enjoy!
