hummus, sprouts, & avocado sandwich

Ingredients
* 2 slices Ezekial sesame seed bread.* 2 tablespoons of hummus. (i prefer the Sabra brand)* 1 tomato, sliced* 1/4 cup of alfalfa sprouts* 1/2 avocado, sliced
Directions
lightly toast the bread.

spread the hummus onto the bread. add remaining ingredients.

salt & pepper to taste. sometimes i add some Sriracha.
