Pumpkin Custard

Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin1 large egg1 tbsp molasses1/3 cup honey1/2 cup soy milk1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions
Beat egg and combine all ingredients. Pour into 4 custard cups. Bake in a water bath at 325F for 40 minutes, the edges will be slightly darker and firmer than the center. The custard will still be soft in the center. For a firmer custard, add an additional egg. May be served warm or cold.
