Joetta's Sesame Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients
1 Tbsp sesame oil2 Tbsp sesame seeds2 whole boneless chicken breasts ( this = both halves, so 4 individual breasts from two whole chickens in total)2 cups of thinly sliced, shaved, or julienne carrots4 cups chopped broccoli (or 1 whole head)Salt and Pepper to taste (don't forget soy sauce adds salt!)Optional: Can be thickened with corn starch, which adds a minimal amount of calories.
Directions
Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.

I, personally, eat two cups of this mix on top of one cup of rice.

Don't forget to add to your meal planner whatever side dish (ie. rice, rice noodles, etc.) you choose to put with this very hearty mixture!
