Sauce:1 cup v81 cup lime juice1 cup soy sauce1 cup brown sugar6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil3 tbsp crushed garlicVeggies:2 large green peppers (cut into strips)1 large onion (cut into wedges)4 chicken breasts (cut into strips)2 cans of black beansToppings:Iceburg lettuce leavestomatoes (diced)fat free cheddar cheesefat free source cream
Mix the ingredients of the arminade. Marinade chicken for 30 minutes. In large skillet, sear chicken in the marinade to a full boil. Add peppers and onions. Cover skills. Cook until onions are clear. Remove chicken, onions, and peppers and place in serving bowl. Place toppings around the serving bowl and starting making the fajitas. :)
