Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, 1 cupBaking Powder, 1 tspSalt, 1 dashSoy milk, Soy Milk, Natural, 2 cupsOlive Oil, 1 1tspGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Directions
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt and reserve. In another bowl, combine 1 cup of soy milk and the olive oil. Add this mix to the flour mix using a wire whisk. Add the second cup of soy milk as necessary to create a spoonable consistency.

    This was a great recipe. I love that it is made with whole foods and not a bunch of chemical substitutions. I added a little vanilla and cinnamon. They come out more like buckwheat pancakes because they are whole wheat. Wonderful. Thanks for sharing!! - 2/24/10
