Ingredients
1 container Breakstone 2% milkfat Cottage Cheese1 can Dole Mandarin Oranges1 can Dole Pineapple chunks1/8 cup Planter's Macadamia Nuts , grated
Directions
Just add all ingredients together and I have for breakfast as a meal. I got this from Zone Diet book
but changed amount of ingredients to cut down on the calories.
This is a really yummy summer salad that can be breakfast meal, side salad or dessert salad
I make this by using big container of cottage cheese, 1 can manadarine oranges, 1 can dole chunk pineapple (which I rinse fruit in water to remove sugary syrup) and add them altogether. Then I take my grater and grate the macadamia nuts. But watch your fingers. Then for calories I divide entire recipe by 5.
